Fort Myers Ranked as Top Growing U.S. City, via abc-7.com.  Not in the region, not in the state…IN THE WHOLE NATION!  Southwest Florida has been a secret for many, but cat’s out of the bag now.  We have so many opportunities for those looking to get in on the action from large developments like The Estates at Entrada, to smaller communities in the Gateway area where growth has been on fire.  Not to mention the Alico ITEC Park, our business/industrial park to accommodate your growing business!

Grad Student Studying Solar is a Maker in the Making, via fgcu360.com. One of the huge benefits to the location of the Alico ITEC Park is that we have FGCU's Emergent Technologies Institute as our neighbor.  We've toured the 25,000 square foot incubator space and had the opportunity to meet the student in this article.  He is certainly someone to watch.

All summer we've been working to get the Alico ITEC Park ready.  We've cleared, filled, planted and poured, here's some of the latest.  Stop in at our trailer to say hi and get a tour!

A LOT of updates for the Alico ITEC Park!  We are officially platted with the county and Phase 1 of the park is now available.  We've also begun construction of our entrance sign.  The granite sign with backlit lettering and logo will be an eye-catcher.

Finishing touches are being made this week to our construction trailer.  Come out and visit!

We're just weeks away from getting ready to sell our first lots at the Alico ITEC Park.  Today we filled and leveled the area where our trailer will be on site.  We also planted hundreds of bougainvillea in the entrance medians, giving a little pop of color to our park!

We have a lot of exciting news on the Alico ITEC Park in the news few weeks.  We just finished hydroseeding the park, take a look!

We have big plans for the Alico ITEC Park in 2018, starting with our new entrance sign.  We're currently in the process of making the 20 foot long, 6 foot tall granite sign that will be precisely cut and lit to wow people as they enter the upscale business park.  Here's a look at some of the plans.

When you think of a business or industrial park, you probably don't picture a grand entrance like you'd find in a gated community...but that's exactly what we're going for at the new Alico ITEC Park!  Our irrigation system was just completed and more than 130 mature Sylvester Palms have been planted on the main boulevard.  Owner and Developer, Paul Hardy did much of the planting himself, check him out in action in this video.

Alico ITEC Developer Paul Hardy spent part of the afternoon with Louis at Sun Electronics picking out the solar panels for the park's green initiative.  These panels aren't going on the roof though, wait till you see the sleek design we've got in store!

There are some new additions to ITEC's main boulevard and the reverse frontage road.  Developer Paul Hardy is behind the wheel this week, with construction manager Robert Corbett, planting our new palms as ITEC's landscape starts to take shape.

Alico ITEC Park Developer Paul Hardy just returned from Vero Beach where he selected more than 130 Sylvester Palms ranging from 25 to 30 feet tall.  These trees will line ITEC's main boulevard and the reverse frontage road, giving the park a high-end look you find in gated communities.

Clearing and excavation of one of the lakes began this week.  The fill will be used to construct the frontage road and any excess will be used for Tract J.

Dozens of these 30-foot-tall Sylvester Palms have been purchased to line the main boulevard at the Alico ITEC Park.

The Alico ITEC Park, is not only going to shatter the image of unappealing industrial/business parks, but we're also going to be eco-friendly too.  We've been looking at a lot of designs for a solar carport. (Check out ITEC Developer Paul Hardy buying solar panels for the carport here.) We want something sleek with clean lines and can withstand 150 MPH winds.  This new solar parking canopy at the Naples Zoo pretty much hits the mark, take a look. via NBC-2.com
