We have big plans for the Alico ITEC Park in 2018, starting with our new entrance sign.  We're currently in the process of making the 20 foot long, 6 foot tall granite sign that will be precisely cut and lit to wow people as they enter the upscale business park.  Here's a look at some of the plans.

11.01.2017

When you think of a business or industrial park, you probably don't picture a grand entrance like you'd find in a gated community...but that's exactly what we're going for at the new Alico ITEC Park!  Our irrigation system was just completed and more than 130 mature Sylvester Palms have been planted on the main boulevard.  Owner and Developer, Paul Hardy did much of the planting himself, check him out in action in this video.

10.18.2017

Alico ITEC Developer Paul Hardy spent part of the afternoon with Louis at Sun Electronics picking out the solar panels for the park's green initiative.  These panels aren't going on the roof though, wait till you see the sleek design we've got in store!

10.09.2017

There are some new additions to ITEC's main boulevard and the reverse frontage road.  Developer Paul Hardy is behind the wheel this week, with construction manager Robert Corbett, planting our new palms as ITEC's landscape starts to take shape.

7.27.2017

Alico ITEC Park Developer Paul Hardy just returned from Vero Beach where he selected more than 130 Sylvester Palms ranging from 25 to 30 feet tall.  These trees will line ITEC's main boulevard and the reverse frontage road, giving the park a high-end look you find in gated communities.

6.16.2017

Clearing and excavation of one of the lakes began this week.  The fill will be used to construct the frontage road and any excess will be used for Tract J.

6.12.2017

Dozens of these 30-foot-tall Sylvester Palms have been purchased to line the main boulevard at the Alico ITEC Park.

Final plans are nearing completion for permit submission to Lee County for a storage facility that will appeal to a wide range of buyers including those with motorhomes, automobile collections, boats, motorcycles, business warehouses, equipment and inventory storage, and personal storage!
